Important information (VATR-APP)
We would like to inform you that the procedure for amendment to Directive 2008/9/EC is in progress at competent bodies of the European Union, which exceptionally results in extension of the time limit for filing VAT refund claims, which refer to periods of 2009, from 30 September 2010 to 31 March 2011.
